WE RALLY FOR CONVOS ON PURDUE DAY OF GIVING - APRIL 24

Event Policies

Cameras, audio, video

Cameras and audio or video recording devices are prohibited unless by special permission of Convocations and the artist. Flash photography is prohibited at all times.

Children

While we encourage early introduction to the arts, we also wish to provide the best environment for all of our patrons. Our child policy is as follows:

Audiences of any age are welcome to attend performances in our Family Matinee Series. For all other performances, we ask that you please use discretion in deciding what is appropriate for a child to ensure a quality experience for all patrons.

Infants on laps are only permitted at shows recommended for children. All patrons, including infants on laps, must have a ticket due to fire marshal requirements.

Doors

The doors generally open 30 minutes before the start of an event. Timing may adjust depending on event requirements.

Food, beverages, smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all venues.

No outside food or beverages are permitted in Elliott Hall of Music, Loeb Playhouse or Fowler Hall. However, concessions are available for purchase and enjoyment throughout these venues.

Late seating

Please allow plenty of time to arrive at all performances. As a courtesy to the performers and other audience members, we cannot immediately seat patrons who arrive after the beginning of the performance. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break in the performance, as determined by the artists.

Purdue students

Purdue students may be required to present appropriate identification for admission with any ticket sold at the Purdue student rate.

Refunds & exchanges

We are unable to issue refunds or exchange tickets. If you are unable to attend a show, consider one of the following options:

  • Return tickets purchased as a PICK5 to the box office 48 hours prior to the show and receive credit for a tax-deductible donation.
  • Return your ticket to the box office any time prior to the show and it will be offered to a student free of charge.
  • Give or sell your ticket to someone else.

Ticket replacement

If a ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed, Purdue University cannot guarantee a replacement ticket. Refunds and/or exchanges are handled on a per event basis and are not guaranteed.
