How do I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards may be ordered online, or in person/by phone at campus box offices (call 800-914-SHOW – details below). Gift card orders must be collected in person at the Loeb Playhouse Box Office, 128 Memorial Mall, West Lafayette, IN 47907 (Monday – Friday, 10am-6pm, closes at 4pm during summer and academic breaks)
May I use my gift card for online or phone orders?
Gift cards must be redeemed in person at campus box offices. Gift cards are not available for use by phone or online.

What if I lose my gift card?
Do not lose your gift card! Treat it like cash. Your gift card balance cannot be retrieved if lost.
What happens to remaining balance after using a gift card?
If the balance on your card is more than $10, a new card with the remaining balance will be issued. If the balance is less than $10, cash will be issued.
When does my gift card expire?
Gift cards are valid until 2 years after date of purchase. After 2 years, the gift card balance will expire.
