Celebrating Our Graduating Interns
MEET OUR GRADUATING INTERNS!

Sofie Alge (Graphic Design)
Sofie Alge began her internship with Convos in August 2025. During her time with the organization, she has designed and created a wide range of visual materials for Convos, including show posters, digital displays, and social media graphics.
Sofie is majoring in Visual Communication Design with a minor in Art History. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a freelance career creating advertisements and visual campaigns for a wide range of organizations.
“I’m so grateful for the opportunity Convos gave me to combine my two passions: theatre and design! I will definitely take away not only my growth as a designer, but the countless memorable days in the office spent with the funniest and most supportive people ever.”
Sofie’s favorite Convos show was seeing one of her favorite artists, Magdalena Bay, with one of her favorite local bands, 3rd Street Collective, opening the night.

Julia Moran (Social Media)
Julia started her internship with Convos in August of 2025. Her responsibilities have included scheduling posts across our social media platforms, writing blog posts, and capturing photos and videos.
Julia is majoring in Media and Mass Communication with a minor in Political Science. After graduation, she plans to return home to Chicago and hopes to pursue a career in communications for a nonprofit organization. Her goal is to give back to her community and support underserved populations.
“Not only will I take away countless memories from Convos, but also countless invaluable experiences. I’ve grown so much from this supportive environment filled with dedicated people. It’s such a special place that tells such special stories and nowhere else will ever be like it.”
Julia’s favorite Convos show was Magdalena Bay, where she put her photography talents to work capturing some of the night’s best moments. Check out a few of her photos in our gallery.
