Phone-Free Space from Yondr
This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted inside the theater. Upon arrival at Elliott Hall of Music, digital tickets will be scanned before all phones are secured in Yondr pouches. These pouches will be opened at the end of the event or in designated “phone use zones” during the event. Anyone seen using a device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security.
Please note: If you plan to make any purchases at the venue, including concessions or merchandise, we encourage you to bring a credit or debit card. Some vendors utilize cashless payment methods and cell phone payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) may not be accessible inside the venue.
How Yondr pouches work:
- Arrival: Upon entering Elliott Hall of Music, a Yonder representative will note your aisle, row, and seat numbers and give it to you on a slip of paper.
- Entry: After your e-ticket in your phone’s wallet app is scanned, a Yondr agent will help you place your phone inside a Yondr pouch.
- Secure: Once inside, the pouch is locked. You will maintain possession of your phone at all times.
- Open: To use your phone at any time, enter a designated “Phone Use Area.” The pouch is re-secured by an agent before retuning to your seat.
- Exit: When you leave Elliott Hall of Music, an agent will assist with opening the push and returning it to a Yonder bin.
