Convos Senior Celebration – CVN

Spring 2020 has certainly not gone as planned at Purdue Convocations, especially for our graduating seniors. Since we work with amazing students every day, we wanted to celebrate their accomplishments even though they won’t get to walk across the stage in Elliott Hall of Music. To finish out our celebration, we’d like to recognize our Convocations Volunteer Network (CVN) seniors.
Julianne Hughes
Bachelor of Science in Finance and Supply Chain, Information, and Analytics
Lawrenceville, NJ
After graduation, Julianne will be working for GE Power in the Financial Management Program. The position is a two-year corporate finance rotational program that will place her in four unique roles within the next two years. Her favorite theatre concession is popcorn.

Liza Russell
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Minors in Physics and Anthropology
Avon, IN
After graduation, Liza will be working for Allison Transmission in Indianapolis as an Associate Engineer. Her favorite theatre concession is Reese’s Pieces.

Amanda Kaaihue
Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences with Minors in Sociology and Psychology
Vancouver, WA
After graduation, Amanda will be headed back to Washington to continue her job search and start working! Her favorite theatre candy is tied between Sour Patch Watermelon and anything dark chocolate.

Kate Bagosy
Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Minors in Spanish, Latin American and Latino Studies, and Psychology
South Lyon, MI
Kate Bagosy served as the president of CVN. After graduation, Kate will be moving to Pittsburgh to work at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center as an RN on a medical-surgical floor. Her favorite theatre concession is Buncha Crunch.

After graduation, Jordan will be working as a brand marketing assistant at E&J Gallo Winery. She’ll be moving to Modesto, California later this summer. Her favorite theatre candy is Red Vines or anything chocolate.

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a Concentration in Events & Meeting Management and a minor in Management

After graduation, Carly will be moving to Lexington, KY to work at the University of Kentucky. She’ll be a Manager in Training for food service and concessions. Her favorite theatre concession is cookie dough bites.
