For more than four decades, the internationally acclaimed taiko ensemble KODO has toured the world under the banner “One Earth,” presenting more than 7,500 performances in over 50 countries and bringing audiences together through the resonant power of Japanese drumming. In Luminance, KODO shares signature works refined across decades of global touring, alongside new works by current ensemble members and guest artists—music inspired by the cultures, encounters, and experiences that continue to shape Kodo’s worldwide journey.
