DESCRIPTION:“A tantalizing theatrical provocation that breaks down all walls between stage and audience.”  –The Stage \nA sealed envelope. A new actor every night. Perhaps some unexpected guests. No rehearsals. Numerous surprises. Hailed by The New York Times as “an affectionate play about friendship\,” Nassim is Iranian playwright Nassim Soleimanpour’s latest audacious theatrical experiment\, which premiered in Edinburgh in 2017 and has since played to sold-out audiences worldwide. It’s Soleimanpour’s follow-up to White Rabbit Red Rabbit\, a one-performer mystery unspooled by an array of A-listers such as Nathan Lane\, Whoopi Goldberg\, Cynthia Nixon and Darren Criss. Nassim explores how language\, humanity and culture unite people during uncertain times. No two friendships are the same.
